    1.What is the condition of items that are sold and how do I place an order?
    All items sold by Exotic Bedding are brand new. Exotic Bedding does not sell used or defective or rejected merchandise Orders are placed via eBay. Please log into eBay account and make purchases at our store at http://stores.ebay.com/ExoticBedding
    2. Did my order go through?
    One way to be sure that your order has been completed is by going to ‘My eBay Page' where you will see details of the purchase. You will also receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted.
    3 . How do I cancel or make changes to my order?
    Although it is difficult for us to make revisions to orders after they have been placed and confirmed (orders are typically entered into our shipping system within FIVE minutes of completing checkout), if you contact Customer Service to make a change -- such as combining orders, canceling orders or adding items, etc. -- we will try to accommodate your request as best as we can. In general, the sooner you send your request the better. However, please be aware that in most cases we will not be able to revise an order once it has been assigned for shipment.
    4. What forms of payments do you accept?
    Our preferred mode of payment is Paypal. However we accept the following forms of payment
  • Cashier Checks, Money Orders and Personal Checks drawn in US Dollars
  • Credit Cards ( American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa)

    6. I like to pay with cash, checks or money orders .How and what address do I mail to?

    Cash in US Currency must be sent REGISTERED mail. Checks and Money Orders may be sent using any preferred method of shipment. Payments should be mailed to

    7. Where and how much do you charge for shipping? What about combining shipping for multi-purchases?
    We ship worldwide. However we reserve the right to refuse shipment to any country with or without reason. Please refer to the shipping details of the product that you are purchasing. We combine shipping on multiple purchases on a case by case basis at our discretion. To combine shipping please contact Customer Service.
    8. Will you gift wrap and ship to an alternative address?
    Yes we do Gift wrap. To ship the gift to an alternate address please make the changes to the delivery address while checking out within eBay. Our systems are automated to ship only to the address as provided to eBay. Its buyer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the address provided to eBay.
    9. How long will it be after I order before my order ships?
    We generally ship orders same business day or within 1 business days of receiving payment. In the event that we discover the product is damaged or un-merchandisable or if we recognize that the inventory may be otherwise unavailable and will not ship within 2 business days. we will contact you to make arrangements for either a refund, reshipment, backorder or other applicable action.
    10. How do you ship and how long does it take for my order to arrive?
    We ship from several warehouses across the United States. Based upon the proximity of the closest warehouse to your location, you item will likely ship from there. We generally ship using UPS Mail with Delivery Confirmation within the United States using one of the shipping methods as offered in our listing.

    For orders being shipped to Canada and other countries, we use either the UPS and/or DHL WorldMail. DHL WorldMail is a service that brings shipments into Canada, and then enters them into the Canadian Postal Service. Unfortunately, no tracking information is available for DHL WorldMail shipments. Normally, shipments arrive within two weeks, but we have seen others successfully delivered after 25 days.
    11. How do I track my shipment?
    We use traceable methods of shipment. In the case of UPS shipments, this is in the form of a delivery confirmation number (which is different than a tracking number in that it may not provide full en route details regarding an item's shipping location). Generally, within 1 business day of our shipping your order, we email you the tracking/delivery confirmation number. Please NOTE: UPS can take 24-48 hours, and sometimes longer, to update the delivery status information for delivery confirmation numbers. Please remember that these are "delivery confirmation" numbers and not "tracking" numbers and, as such, UPS does not always provide en route status .
    12. My order was shipped, but it hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
    In general, we find that a domestic shipment being transported via US Postal Media and 1st Class Mail will take an average of 4 to 10 Business Days for delivery. At times it may take a bit longer, depending on the region and the local Postal Service. International shipments normally arrive within two weeks, but we have seen others successfully delivered after 25 days.

    If you are concerned about an unusual delay, please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to investigate further.
    13. What if the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered?
    Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. Please, first, check with your neighbors and other family members and around the perimeter of your home. If you still can not locate the package, please contact your local mail carrier. That local carrier will be the one with the knowledge of where, how and to whom the package was delivered and will be the fastest path to locating your item.
    14. What if the tracking information shows that the package is being returned
    Upon receipt of your package (returned by the carrier), we will contact you to make arrangements to have the item reshipped. Those arrangements will include verifying the shipping information and, in most cases, an additional charge for re-shipping the item.
    15. How do I change my shipping address?
    Please contact Customer services at nsfsoft@hotmail.com with the request and the correct address and we'll make the change. Please note that if the item has already shipped then the address cannot be corrected.
    16. Can I change my shipping method after ordering?
    Unfortunately no. Once the transaction has been done, the shipping method cannot be changed.
    17. What's the difference between a domestic and an import?
    Aside from their country of origin, domestics and imports differ in several manners, namely Different regions/versions- In the case of audio product, imports may be a different version with different songs than the US release. In the case of video, the entire format may be incompatible with a US system (or vice-versa) and will not play, so please check with your operating system before ordering an import. Liner notes- Imports usually have their liner notes in a language other than English. Shrink-wrap- a large number of imported CDs do not have shrink-wrap and consequently can appear used. However, all of our items are brand new and never used.
    18. May I combine freight?
    Unfortunately no, the freight is a piece-by-piece cost.
    19. Does Exotic Bedding ship internationally?
    Yes, we will always ship worldwide.
    20. Will I have to pay customs on an international shipment?
    You may. Though we do our best to avoid fees for our customers, a shipment may be charged Customs fees upon its arrival in your country. We assume no responsibility for this so please check with your local customs office to see if your order will be charged.

    21. I need to return one or more items from my order. How do I arrange for a return?
    Your satisfaction guaranteed! If you receive damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify contact us within 30 days. In order for us to process a return as quickly and efficiently as possible, we need to assign a Return Authorization Number. Please read the Return Policy for details.
    22. What if I get a damaged, defective or wrongly shipped item?
    Damaged, defective and wrongly shipped items can be returned for replacement, only. Please contact us on how to go about getting a replacement.
    23. Do you pay for return shipping?
    We don't pay for return shipping unless if we wrongly shipped an item
    24. What's your Return Policy?
    IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to receive a refund or exchange for merchandise returned to Exotic Bedding, you must first request a Return Authorization Number ( RA# ) by contacting Customer Service . The RA# must be included on your return package..

    If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Customer Service within 30 days , and follow the procedures below. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund.

    If you are simply not happy with your Exotic Bedding purchase and the merchandise is unopened, we will be glad to exchange it for you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment. No COD returns will be accepted.

    Here are the 3 easy steps to return merchandise to Exotic Bedding:

    1. Request an RA# : Send a request to Customer Service to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please include your invoice number and information about the product(s) you wish to return.

    2. Complete the Return Form : Once you receive the RA# from us, please complete the return form which you will find either on the back of your original packing slip, or on a separate card inserted into your shipment. Include the RA#, information about the product(s) you are returning, and why you are returning them.

    3. Pack and Send : Enclose the merchandise and the completed form in a sturdy package. Be sure to include the RA# on the outside of the package . If your return form is on a separate card, please include the original packing slip as well. COD returns will not be accepted.

    Once we have received your return, it will take between 5 and 10 days to process and issue a credit or ship an exchanged product. You will be notified by email when your credit has been applied.

    27. How do I contact Exotic Bedding aside of using the Customer Service form?
