Shipping information
We ONLY ship to addresses as provided by eBay within 24 hours of placing the order during business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed next business day. Shipment details will be emailed the day after the order has been processed.
USA - Shipments via UPS exclusively. This guarantees a reliable, trackable, insured delivery.
International: Shipments via UPS or DHL International Mail. Any duties, tariffs or other government fees are the responsibility of the buyer. While insurance is not mandatory for shipping, we cannot be held responsible for uninsured items that are lost/damaged in shipping.
Due to the large volume of items that are sold daily, occasionally an item purchased maybe unavailable immediately or backordered. In such events, Exotic Bedding will issue a full refund inclusive of shipping and handling charges.

eBay's Standard Purchase Protection Program reimburses buyers for
eligible transactions
where an item was purchased on eBay and either not received or was received but significantly not as described.
Typically, there are four steps in the eBay Standard Purchase Protection Program process:
Step 1: Complete the Item Not Received or Significantly Not as Described Process :

, close the dispute and select "end communication with the seller". If the transaction is eligible, you will then be presented with a link to the Standard Purchase Protection Program claim form.
Step 2: Fill out and submit the online Standard Purchase Protection Program claim form :
From My eBay, click on the "Disputes Console" link. From the Disputes Console, click on the relevant dispute. On the "View Dispute" page, click on the link to the Standard Purchase Protection Program claim form. Fill out the form, review for accuracy, and click on "Submit" to file your claim.
Step 3: Submit proof of payment :
Within 14 days of submitting your claim, an eBay claims administrator may contact you via email, asking you to provide proof of payment. Proof of payment may be provided in the form of a photocopy of the front and back of a money order, receipt, cashiers check, personal check, etc. - whatever form of payment you used to pay for the item. If you paid with a credit card (either directly or through an online payment service other than PayPal), eBay will require proof of denial of reimbursement through the credit card company (if applicable). This will typically be in the form of a letter from your credit card issuer.
Step 4: Submit Letter of Authenticity (if applicable) :
An eBay Claims Administrator may contact you for a Letter of Authenticity or Appraisal based on an independent authenticator's physical inspection. The Appraisal or Proof of Authenticity must be on company letterhead of the authenticator and must include contact information for the authenticator (name and telephone number). This information may be mailed or faxed to eBay.

If you do not respond to an eBay Claims Administrator's request for information within 72 hours, eBay may elect to close the claim.

PayPal Buyer Protection
When you pay with PayPal for an item covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, you may receive coverage up to $1,000 at no additional cost. To see if an item is covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, look for the following in the "seller information" section of the seller's listing.
Transactions Covered by PayPal Buyer Protection
PayPal Buyer Protection helps you in the event you do not receive your item or the item is significantly different from its description in the seller's listing. An item is covered by PayPal Buyer Protection if it meets the following eligibility requirements.
The "Free PayPal Buyer Protection" message is displayed in the seller listing information.
You purchase your item on eBay.
You must use PayPal to pay for the item, and use the seller's email address associated with the listing. To make sure of this, use the gray Pay Now button when the eBay listing ends.
The seller's eBay listing is for a physical item. Services and intangible items are not covered.
You may only file one claim per PayPal payment. You are limited to three PayPal Buyer Protection refunds per calendar year.
Claims must be filed within 45 days of the PayPal payment.

How PayPal Buyer Protection and eBay Standard Purchase Protection Program work together
For most items not covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, eBay offers a standard purchase protection program which provides coverage up to $200 (less a $25 service fee).
Both the eBay and PayPal purchase protection program offer coverage when you pay for an item that you don't receive or when you receive an item that is significantly different from the item that was described in the listing.
If you pay with PayPal on listings that are not covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, and file your complaint with PayPal, PayPal will provide the protection outlined by the eBay Standard Purchase Protection Program.

: Have you tried tracking your order? If you feel that the item should have been fulfilled/shipped, please contact us. You may also cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.
Money Back Guarantee
: We will always refund your shipments within 30 days (minus S&H) if the item has not been opened. Please contact Customer Service for return authorization so we can process your return. If the problem is a result of our error, we will pay the return freight.
