Sysqs Return Policy
We want to help you if your order isn't correct for
any reason, including :
Receiving the wrong item(s) : You may return the item(s) at no
charge (we'll cover the shipping) and we'll immediately ship you the
correct item(s).
Receiving item(s) you didn't order : You may return the
item(s) at no charge (we'll cover the shipping).
Missing item(s) : First, check the packing slip to insure that
your order hasn't been sent in multiple shipments (there are no extra
fees for multiple shipments). If not, contact us and we'll make sure to
get your item to you immediately.
Unfulfilled order(s) : Have you tried tracking your order? If
you feel that the item should have been fulfilled/shipped, please
contact us. You may also cancel your order at any time prior to
shipment.
Money Back Guarantee : We will always refund your
shipments within 30 days (minus S&H) if the item has not been opened.
Please contact Customer Service for return authorization so we can process
your return. If the problem is a result of our error, we will pay the
return freight.
Sysqs requires the following be completed in order to
receive credit for a return:
Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the
date your order was shipped.
You must fill out the RMA # Request form online to
receive a Return Authorization (RA #) number, fill out the Return Form
in its entirety, and include it with your return. Items without a return
form will not be accepted for a refund. All packages
must have the RA# listed on the outside of the package as
well as on the return form. Returns without the RA # listed
on the outside will not be accepted.
Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
Opened items cannot be returned unless a Customer
Service Representative deems the item defective and a RA # is issued.
Defective Items will be replaced for the same item only.
No refunds will be issued for a defective item.
ALL of the Original Packaging including but not limited
to Case, Booklets, Liner Notes, Bonus Discs, MUST be included.
Customer is responsible for return postage. Return
postage is non-refundable.
Shipping Charges from the original order are
non-refundable.
Sysqs is not responsible and will not issue a refund for
merchandise lost in transit as it is being returned.
International Customers are responsible for any Duty
Taxes or additional charges added to the order by a Customs Official. If
an international order is refused, Duty Taxes and Shipping Charges are
the responsibility of the Customer.
Promotional Items (DVDs, CDs, etc.) cannot be returned
for ANY reason, unless a Customer Service Representative deems the item
defective and a RA # is issued. The defective items can only be
exchanged for the same title.
Special Order and Clearance items cannot be returned.
Returns sent C.O.D. will not be accepted
